Losing Fat

So what happens to the fat in your body as you lose weight?

Now it is dropping off me, just curious as tothe process of it, any links would be great.

Basically it is metabolised as an energy source, ATP can be fuelled either by glucose or by fatty acids and ketone bodies.
type 2/reactive hypoglycemia
diet exercise and alpha lipoic acid, also olmesartan
A1c 5.6
old lipids trigs 4.3 LDL 4.2 HDL 0.6
new lipids trigs 0.5 LDL 2.4 HDL 1.4
must be doing something right!

With my new diet I losing fat fast..ok little exercise help also :mrgreen:

Nice one, igordundek.
I suspect if you were only exercising the weight might not change much, if at all.
A low carb diet is much more likely to succeed, but both together at least allows conventional wisdom a chance to explain it in terms of calories in / calories out. :D

if you follow a diet based on principles of Power Yoga, it will definitely help you lose a lot of weight. it can definitely make you stronger. There are many forms of yoga, and ashtanga is a very powerful, more difficult one. Rice have a lot of carbs specially white rice have majority of them, but it also has a high glycemic index, so it metabolizes extremely quickly.
