Brilliant and thought provoking.
Well written and funny. Says just what I've been rubbished for too, that just because "everybody knows" something, it isn't necessarily right.

The great cholesterol con is great read and the main reason I will not take statins. We also have the great carb con. Eat starchy carbs with every meal and up the meds con. Great advice, I think not.
